Dr. Anthony Olatunji is a practicing dentist, healthcare leader, and founder of Community Whole Health Collaborative. With more than 20 years of clinical experience serving diverse communities across Los Angeles, he is committed to expanding access to compassionate, culturally aligned oral health and wellness services. Dr. Olatunji brings deep expertise in patient care, clinical operations, and community engagement. His leadership is grounded in a belief that whole-person health begins with trust, dignity, and education. As President & CEO, he guides the organization’s mission, strategic direction, and community partnerships.

Gloria Olatunji is a certified Executive Leadership Trainer with the globally recognized John Maxwell Team and a transformational community leader dedicated to advancing health equity, leadership development, and whole‑person wellness in South Los Angeles. She serves as Chief Operating Officer of Dr. Anthony Olatunji Smiles DMD Inc.,

Gloria brings extensive experience in executive leadership, organizational development, and program design. Her leadership programs, grounded in the Maxwell Method, equip youth, adults, and emerging leaders with the mindset, skills, and character needed to lead themselves and others effectively.

Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to equity, family stability, and community transformation. She has built a multi‑lane ecosystem that integrates oral health access, workforce development, leadership training, and whole‑health education — all designed to uplift underserved families in the 90061 community.

Pauline is a finance-minded administrator with strong experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and organizational financial oversight. As Treasurer, she ensures fiscal accountability, transparent reporting, and responsible stewardship of resources. Her background includes managing budgets for community programs, maintaining financial records, and supporting grant compliance. Pauline brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to the Board, helping ensure the organization’s financial health and long-term sustainability.

Anthony “Ant” Toombs, Sr. is a nationally respected trauma-informed counselor and educator with more than 16 years of experience supporting children, families, and youth-serving professionals. As a Founding Member and Growth & Expansion Specialist with The Life is Good Playmaker Project, he has trained thousands of childhood professionals across the U.S. and Haiti. Ant brings deep expertise in healing-centered engagement, resilience-building, and community-based program development. His insight strengthens the organization’s trauma-informed approach to community health education.

Jaime Sibrian is a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant with more than a decade of experience serving families across Los Angeles. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings cultural insight, patient-centered care, and frontline community experience to the Board. Jaime has supported clinical teams in community clinics, private practices, and nonprofit health centers, and is known for his compassion, professionalism, and strong rapport with patients. His bilingual communication skills and community connection make him a valuable voice in shaping accessible, culturally aligned health programs.
