Who We Are

Community Whole Health Collaborative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to preventive health, wellness education, and workforce development inunderserved communities. We believe that whole‑person health begins with early detection, culturally responsive education, and community‑based support.
Founded in South Los Angeles, our organization brings together health professionals, educators, and community leaders to deliver screenings, workshops, behavioral health support, and pathways into health careers. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are — in schools, senior centers, community spaces, and faith‑based settings.
We exist to close gaps in access, empower families with knowledge, and strengthen the health workforce pipeline so communities can thrive.
